In a time when many real estate markets are doing poorly, we need to be thankful and aware of how fortunate we are to be in this community...able to serve people with their home ownership dreams...
...and while we celebrate this Thanksgiving Holiday and give thanks for the many blessings we have in our lives, please remember and give a special thanks to those separated from their families...standing in harm's way.
Happy Thanksgiving !

A Lesson In Perception
I heard a story about a husband that left for work one morning.
As he walked out the door, he noticed the kid's toys that were strewn about the family room floor.
When he returned home from work that evening, he walked in the door and there, still strewn about the family room floor lay the kid's toys.
Of course, now the husband thinks that the wife has done nothing all day but lie around and watch TV....when in fact, she has picked those toys up ten times during the day.
Lesson to agents:
We can be busy behind the scenes....working very hard, but if we don't communicate with our clients about all that is going on...keeping them informed...they don't have that perception.
